| We want you to be happy with everything that you have purchased at The Bath Boutique. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns on most unused merchandise within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on used or opened items. We guarantee that your order will arrive in safe and excellent condition. If your order arrives broken or damaged, we will replace your item(s). |

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the receipt of the order. Next Day and 2nd Day orders will be prioritized to meet the earliest delivery dates. At this time, we do not ship out orders on the same day. Please choose your shipping method (UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day Air) based on the order shipping the next business day. UPS Ground orders will be shipped within 2 business days.
UPS Next Day – Order will ship the following day with overnight delivery. Estimated Delivery will be 2 business days after placing your order.
UPS 2nd Day – Order will ship the following day with a 2 day delivery. Estimated Delivery will be 3 business days after placing your order.
UPS Ground – Order ships within 2 business days with a 1-5 day delivery. Estimated Delivery will be 3-7 business days after placing your order.
We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on the following Monday.

| Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Arizona. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. |

| In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, The Bath Boutique shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. |
